All prices vary by style and salon professional and are subject to change without notice.

  • Retail Return Policy

UNUSED retail products may be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value within 10 days of purchase. Returns for cash or store credit are not accepted.

  • Service Guarantee

We offer a 100% guarantee on all services. All return services must be evaluated within a two week period after service. No refunds on services, but we guarantee to correct any issues.

  • Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule.

  • Last Minute Cancellations & No Shows

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed we will require a deposit for any future appointments.

  • Online Booking

All appointments booked online require a deposit. There may be additional charges depending on the service performed that your stylist will discuss with you before beginning. Online booking deposits are refunded in the form of a store credit for appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable if appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed.
